For Mobile Applications:

Who has access to your personal data?

We collect and use the data that you provide to us directly while submitting your application/request directly with us.

Services:

Your information may be accessed by our Business Analyst, Project and Business Unit Manager.

Employment:

Your information may be accessed by our Talent Acquisition personnel, HR and Hiring managers.

In order to perform their jobs, individuals performing administrative role and IT personnel within H2Compute may also have a limited access to your personal information.

We may share personal data you submit as part of the application process with selected third party service providers acting on our behalf.

We implement processes and take adequate measures to ensure that any processing of your personal data by third party service providers is consistent with this Privacy statement and protects the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of your personal data.

Why do we need permissions for mobile applications?

Permissions are required on the mobile devices using ScanLight mobile version, and it required for the application to function properly for the reasons explained below:

INTERNET

Required to connect with backend services.

CAMERA

Required to scan barcodes through mobile camera.

READ / WRITE

Required to save app settings on storage.

Is mobile applications addressed to Children’s?

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13.

What if you do not provide personal data?

You have no obligation to provide your personal data during the process. However, if you do not provide the information, we may not be able to process your request.
