We are solution provider that provides innovative solutions for organizations all over the world.

We use the latest innovations in technology, like augmented reality and mobile applications as well as so-called Progressive Web Applications (combining web and app) and Azure.

We are active in various branches like government agencies, healthcare, finance and Food Safety Management.

Support and Maintenance

We plan, for larger developments, the following maintenance schedule

(all following the different stages of the V-model and environments for releasing)

Corrective Maintenance

Every 2 weeks

Fixing small bugs, emergency repairs through the service desk who place a work instruction and schedule the repair.

Adaptive & Perfective Maintenance

Every 3 months

Updating the environment and improvement enhancements (like database optimizations or query/code optimizations).

This moment is also used to implement new enhancements (projects) or planned changes.

Preventive Maintenance

Once a year

Together with the customer determine their roadmap and future needs and with that knowledge re-engineer the software.
